Information used by LIFE
We store your sign-in email, account identifier, account creation details, and a display name when provided. Email sign-in uses temporary verification challenges. If you connect Google, we also use the Google account identifier and verified profile information needed to connect that sign-in.
We store your current and past in-game lives, progress, memories, family relationships and payment references to save your game, recover purchases and enforce one living life per account. Public board posts and in-game interactions may be visible to other residents. Do not put private information in public posts.
To show an initial price, LIFE estimates your browsing country from your connection IP address using a local country database. This feature does not store the IP or send it to a geolocation service. The confirmed purchase price is calculated from your billing address.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes card details and billing information. Card numbers and security codes are entered in Stripe's payment fields rather than stored in LIFE's account records. LIFE uses the billing country, price, tax amount, payment identifiers and a derived address fingerprint to verify and fulfill a purchase. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Microsoft Azure hosts LIFE and sends sign-in emails. Google is used if you choose to connect Google sign-in. These providers process information required to deliver their services. Hosting and payment systems may also process technical and security logs.
Browser storage, retention and requests
LIFE uses cookies for sign-in and request integrity, and browser storage for game and language settings. Account history and payment records are retained to provide continuing access, resolve support issues and maintain transaction records. Records may also remain in service backups.
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your account information, or with a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you and retain records needed for unresolved payments or applicable recordkeeping obligations. Your past lives are available through the footer.

LIFEが扱う情報
ログイン用メールアドレス、アカウント識別子、作成情報、設定されている表示名を保存します。メール認証では一時的な認証情報を使用します。Googleログインを連携した場合は、そのアカウント識別子と連携に必要な確認済みのプロフィール情報を扱います。
ゲームの保存、購入の復旧、1アカウントにつき生存中の人生を1つにするため、現在と過去の人生、進行状況、思い出、家族関係、決済の参照情報を保存します。掲示板への投稿やゲーム内の行動は他の住民に見える場合があります。公開投稿に個人情報を記載しないでください。
最初に表示する料金は、接続元のIPアドレスから閲覧国を推定して表示します。国の判定はサーバー内で行い、この機能のためにIPアドレスを保存したり、位置情報サービスへ送信したりすることはありません。正式な購入金額は、入力された請求先住所をもとに確認します。
決済と外部サービス
カード情報と請求先情報はStripeが処理します。カード番号とセキュリティコードはStripeの入力欄へ入力され、LIFEのアカウント記録には保存しません。LIFEは請求先の国、金額、税額、決済識別子、住所から生成した照合用データを購入確認に使用します。Stripeのプライバシーポリシーもご確認ください。
Microsoft Azureをホスティングと認証メール送信に使用します。Googleログインを選んだ場合はGoogleを使用します。各提供者はサービスに必要な情報を処理し、技術・セキュリティ上のログを扱う場合があります。
保存とお問い合わせ
ログインやリクエストの保護にCookieを、ゲームと言語設定などにブラウザーの保存領域を使用します。継続利用、問い合わせ対応、取引記録のためにアカウントの履歴と決済記録を保持し、バックアップに残る場合があります。
情報の開示・訂正・削除のご希望やプライバシーのお問い合わせはサポートへご連絡ください。アカウントの本人確認が必要な場合や、未解決の決済・適用される保存義務に関する記録を保持する場合があります。過去の人生はフッターから確認できます。
