The service

LIFE is an online life simulation operated by SASAL, INC. The current version provides a shared 3D plaza. Wider environments and other planned features described in the vision are still in development.

Your purchase

A purchase starts one new in-game life on your account. The standard price is US$15, with regional prices of US$5 or US$10. The exact total, including applicable tax, is shown before you pay. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion or other charges.

There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Continuing the same life does not require another payment. After that life ends, starting another life is a separate purchase at the displayed price. A character can die before old age; a purchase does not guarantee a minimum lifespan or a particular outcome. Each birth is a different person. Progress and abilities are not transferred to the next life on your account. Shared contributions remain in the world. At death, in-game money is inherited by living family under the game rules; it is not automatically transferred to your next life.

Access and conduct

One account can have one living life at a time. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Do not use LIFE to harass others, publish their private information, commit fraud or interfere with the service. In-game money and possessions have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.

Digital access begins after payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact support before paying again. Maintenance and interruptions may occur; contact us if an interruption prevents you from receiving your purchase.

Support and your rights

See the refund policy for failed purchases, duplicate charges and cancellation requests. These conditions do not limit rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.
